Are you a driven salesperson from the construction industry who enjoys building long-term customer relationships? Do you thrive with responsibility for the entire sales process and are motivated by creating business? Then you should apply for the position of Business Responsible Salesperson at Sundfrakt and have the opportunity to contribute to the business development of the Construction area, where the goal is to create successful results, good profitability, growth, and strengthened relationships.
As a salesperson for our Construction business area, you will be responsible for the sales of everything from truck & machine services to earthworks & construction work. You will be a key person in our continued growth with significant responsibility for developing both the customer base and collaboration with our shareholders and suppliers.
In this role, you are both a business developer, salesperson, and relationship builder. You identify new business opportunities, create customer value, and build strong relationships and long-term collaborations. You primarily work in the field, close to the operations, and have daily contact with our customers where your ability to understand needs and offer solutions is crucial.
You belong to the Construction business area and report to the Marketing & Business Development Manager.
Your responsibilities include:
· setting goals and action plans
· identifying business opportunities
· conducting customer meetings
· calculating large tenders and assignments
· preparing offers
· handling negotiations
· establishing contracts
· keeping updated on issues related to our industry
We are looking for someone who has worked for many years in sales within the construction industry; if you also have a background in truck & machine services or earthworks & construction work, we see it as a significant plus.
You are a results-oriented and goal-driven person who systematically approaches customers, creates business, and closes deals. You have your own drive and prefer to work independently under your own responsibility, but also enjoy collaborating with other colleagues within the Construction business area. With great engagement and a positive attitude, you thrive in an environment where inner motivation and the will to succeed are highly valued.
You can express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish. You have basic knowledge of English and some financial understanding. We expect you to be a good user of MS Office programs and have experience with some business system.
The position is full-time with employment at Sundfrakt AB. Since your geographical area of responsibility extends from Söderhamn up along the coast to Sollefteå and Ånge, it is suitable for you to live somewhere within this area, but as the majority of our customers are in Sundsvall, you will primarily operate there. Since your role involves travel, we require a B driver's license (company car included).
