Social Services

The Social Services are responsible for interventions, support, and services to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Services Act, and are to implement interventions regulated by these laws. All operations are characterized by the individual being at the center to meet individual needs. The mission involves a strong customer focus and service spirit.

Joint personnel and scheduling supply consists of three units: Scheduling and Planning, Substitute and Recruitment, and Resources and Administration, which are responsible for providing support to a large part of the Social Services.

JOB DUTIES

Do you want a varied and meaningful job where you truly make a difference? As a nursing assistant in our short-term pool, you will be an important part of elderly care and contribute every day to safe, professional, and person-centered care.

Together with engaged colleagues, you work to provide our users with good care and support based on their individual needs. You document in our journal systems and perform health and medical tasks delegated by a nurse, always focusing on safe and secure care.

With us, the individual is at the center. We work with a rehabilitative approach to strengthen and preserve the users' abilities, in close collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. The interdisciplinary collaboration is an obvious and appreciated part of our work.

We are looking for someone who thrives in both collaborative and independent work. You contribute to a good working atmosphere, have a positive and service-oriented attitude, and feel secure in your professional role.

In the short-term pool, you work where the need exists during planned or unplanned absences or when the operation temporarily has a higher workload. This provides you with a varied job, the opportunity to meet different work groups, and the chance to develop your flexibility and professional competence.
