We provide services for the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as municipal health and medical care, and actively work to create a meaningful and safe everyday life for all who need our help.

At Nils Åbergs gata 2a, we work to create a meaningful and safe everyday life for our residents. The operations are conducted with a 24-hour perspective every day of the week, and we work purposefully based on the users' needs. The accommodation consists of 3 dementia departments and 3 departments without specific orientation.

Here, you will be part of a team with licensed staff where you contribute your knowledge and experience. Through the various professionals' competencies, we work to meet the individual needs for support, care, and service.

The accommodation is located in Klockaretorpet, close to public transport.

We are now looking for three care assistants

We are now looking for three care assistants, both for the dementia-oriented department and the non-oriented department, who want to contribute to a safe and dignified existence for our residents.

Your tasks

As a care assistant with us, you have a central role in the daily work around our residents. You work with personal care, support in daily activities, and social stimulation.

You contribute to a safe and pleasant environment where residents have the opportunity to maintain their independence as much as possible. In collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, you work to ensure high care quality and promote health and well-being.

Documentation is a natural part of the work where you, among other things, establish implementation plans, document in journals, and create deviations as needed. The work also includes contact person duties, where you establish contact with users as well as relatives.

Working hours are scheduled for both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant according to the regulations of the National Board of Health and Welfare.

You have experience working in care and support and conducting care work. Experience working with dementia care and BPSD is considered an asset. We see that you have experience with medication delegation.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Since documentation is part of the work, we also see that you have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. You also have experience working and documenting in Combine.

As a person, you are empathetic, attentive, and have the ability to create safety and structure. You also have a genuine interest in working with people.

You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently. You easily adapt to changes, and in situations where you need to make quick decisions, you do so rationally and take important information into account.

Additionally, you have the ability to take your own initiatives and can see solutions to problems and handle them in a structured way.
