As a nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents. Every day at Forenede Care, you help shape the future of elderly care together with knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues.

Our nursing home offers 44 places in central Norrköping for somatic care, dementia, and a department for younger people with neurological disabilities. The attractive location near Industrilandskapet and Knäppingsborg provides opportunities for meaningful walks, excursions, and everyday experiences with our residents. With bus and tram connections nearby, the residence is easily accessible for our employees.

The courtyard is a cherished place, especially during the summer, where greenery, sun, and shade create space for community, calm, and recovery. Here, everyday moments are shared – from sing-alongs, barbecue lunches, and coffee breaks to good conversations over a cup of coffee.

In the position as a nursing assistant with us, you will perform care and support based on the client's wishes and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction can include conversations, games, bike rides, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training.

As a summer substitute with us, you have good chances of getting new temporary positions or permanent employment.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues on part-time for summer substitutes starting on 2026-06-01.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant

• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

We also consider previous experience in elderly care, dementia care, or disability care as an advantage.
