We offer an exciting and varied job within the Hotel Conrad group, which also includes Hotel Aston.

In the role of night receptionist, you will have many administrative tasks including virtual payments, invoicing, price comparisons, bookings, cleaning planning, etc.

You will also be responsible for preparing and setting up the breakfast buffet as well as related tasks such as simple cold dishes, baking, etc. Laundry and ironing tasks are also included.

In the role of hotel receptionist, it is important that you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Personal suitability, organizational skills, and teamwork ability are highly valued. We work a lot with combined services, which makes flexibility your most important trait.

• You have experience as a hotel receptionist
• You have experience with night shifts and know you can handle it

Must be 20 years old - requirement due to serving permit (✔ Alcohol Act (2010:1622) — Chapter 8, Section 18

“The permit holder or the designated person responsible for serving must supervise the serving and be present at the serving place throughout the serving time. The last does not apply to room service. The person responsible for serving must be at least 20 years old and suitable for the task considering their personal characteristics and the circumstances in general.”)

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Views service and quality as prerequisites for good work

The position is approximately 75% during weeks 26-32. To be considered for a summer job, you must also be available for training/extra work evenings & weekends starting from April/May. Training in the reception will take place during the day and evening, not at night.
