RESPONSIBILITIES

As a chef in our resource pool, you will perform all tasks related to the kitchen and restaurant, such as preparation, cooking, and serving delicious, safe, and nutritious meals. Other important tasks include responsibility for special diets, bread baking, ordering supplies, and daily handling of both dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant.

The job requires flexibility as you will cover in our kitchens during illness and leave. You may work alone in one of our smaller kitchens as well as with several colleagues in a larger kitchen. Recruitment is ongoing.

QUALIFICATIONS

Culinary education in large kitchen/restaurant or experience that the employer values as equivalent.

• Great understanding and knowledge of allergies and special diets.
• Driver's license (B) and access to a car.
• At least 3 years of documented experience working as a chef in the last 5 years and experience cooking in larger quantities.
• The daily work requires good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as well as good computer skills.
