We offer an exciting and varied job within the Hotel Conrad group, which also includes Hotel Aston.

In the role of night receptionist, you will have many administrative tasks including virtual payments, invoicing, price comparisons, bookings, cleaning planning, etc.

You will also be responsible for preparing and setting up the breakfast buffet as well as related tasks such as simple cold dishes, baking, etc., and laundry and ironing will also be involved.

In the role of hotel receptionist, it is important that you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, organizational skills, and teamwork ability. We work a lot with combined services, which makes flexibility your most important trait.

Who are you applying?

• You have experience as a hotel receptionist
• You have experience with night shifts and know you can handle it
• At least 20 years old - requirement due to serving permit
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with a strong commitment to people and service
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• See service and quality as prerequisites for good work

The position is approximately 75% during the period of week 26-32. To be considered for summer work, you must also be available for training/extra work evenings & weekends starting from April/May. Training in the reception will take place during the day and evening, not at night.
