Karlskrona Stadshotell is a historic hotel with a long history, located in the city center. As part of Best Western, we combine local charm with international standards and welcome guests from all over the world.

About the position

As a receptionist with us, you play a central role in the guest experience. You are often the first and last person the guest meets and work closely with both guests and colleagues in the hotel's other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• 
  
• Daily guest contact and service
• 
  
• Handling bookings via email and phone
• 
  
• Administrative tasks in the reception system
• 
  
• Collaboration with the hotel's other departments

Working hours

• Shift work
• 
  
• Work shifts from 07:00–15:00 or 14:30–22:30

Period & introduction

• The position starts in May 2026 with an introduction
• 
  
• Training may begin as early as spring 2026

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented, positive, and solution-focused
• 
  
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks
• 
  
• Has good teamwork skills and takes responsibility
• 
  
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• 
  
• Experience from hotels, reception, or service is an advantage but not a requirement
