We are now looking for an Office Manager for an exciting role with our client, responsible for a centrally located office in Stockholm with approximately 400 employees.

In the role of Office Manager, you will have overall responsibility for office operations and serve as a central point of contact for both internal teams and external suppliers. The role is broad, varied, and hands-on, where you work both strategically and operationally to create a well-functioning, pleasant, and creative office environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Overall responsibility for the office, including internal services, reception, and coffee lounge.
• Ongoing supplier contacts, ensuring quality in daily deliveries, and evaluating and renegotiating contracts as needed in consultation with finance/legal.
• Collaboration with the property owner Vasakronan, including quarterly reviews and daily contact with customer service and technical management.
• Property responsibility for internal maintenance, service, and repairs in collaboration with internal resources, the property owner's subcontractors, and external suppliers.
• Close collaboration with internal functions such as production leads, studio project lead, and the IT team on matters related to employee placement, office solutions, security, alarms, and onboarding of new employees.
• Responsibility for systematic fire safety work and CPR, including controls, training, and exercises together with external parties.
• Handling urgent matters and availability outside regular working hours as needed.
