As a Consulting Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility where business development meets strategic competence supply. Your daily work involves building bridges between the industry's most sought-after specialists and our clients in Pharma, Medtech, and Biotech.

Your main responsibilities: →Results and personnel responsibility: You have full P&L responsibility for your operations. You lead and coach a team of qualified Life Science consultants and ensure both profitability and employee satisfaction.

→Strategic business development & sales: You own the entire sales cycle – from market analysis and prospecting to Key Account Management. You drive growth by positioning us as the obvious partner for complex consulting solutions to Gothenburg's leading industry players.

→Talent attraction & specialist recruitment: You are responsible for strategically building and expanding your consulting group. You identify, attract, and recruit top talent in Pharma, Medtech, and Biotech.

→Consultative leadership: As the closest manager and mentor, you are responsible for the consultants' career journey. This includes development discussions, salary setting, and creating a strong culture where experts thrive in their assignments with clients.

Who are you? We are looking for a driven leadership profile with an entrepreneurial spirit who navigates smoothly between strategic decisions and operational execution.

Profile & Competence:

→Experience: You have documented experience of successfully recruiting and/or leading consultants within a sector where competence sales and solution-oriented business development are central. →Industry knowledge: You have a solid understanding of the Life Science field, for example from pharmaceutical or medical technology companies. You are familiar with regulatory frameworks such as GMP, GxP, and ISO standards. →Business drive: You are motivated by clear goals and have the ability to build long-term, profitable collaborations in a high-demand environment. →Leadership: You are a communicative leader who inspires your team. You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English, which is required in our global corporate structure.

Placement and scope The position is full-time and permanent. Our employment begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be based at Randstad's office in central Gothenburg, but we value flexibility in the workplace, so there is an opportunity to work partly from home.
