Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference. The job is a position as a personal assistant for a 5-year-old boy who lives with his family outside Värnamo. The boy has significant support needs and requires help with everything. The most important qualities are that you are calm, attentive, and possess a high degree of empathy. Part of the day involves double staffing, meaning there are always two assistants working together.

Working hours: Mon-Sun (times may vary and change) and some double assistance may occur.
07:00-17:00
07:30-15:30
17:00-21:30
21:00-21:30

We are looking for someone who is:

Requirements: A driver's license and a car to reach the workplace.

Experience working in a preschool or as a teaching assistant is an advantage.

Experience with children, epilepsy, and caregiving is also a plus. Recruitment is ongoing, and we will hire immediately for the right person.
