JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Administration is looking for employees for the Assistance Unit. You are warmly welcome to apply! Handling/authority exercise according to applicable legislation and delegation. The main tasks are to investigate, assess, and decide on assistance according to the Social Services Act within the areas of home care and elderly care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Social worker or higher education with a focus on social care or another higher education deemed equivalent. Experience in authority exercise within social work is an advantage. A driver's license is required.

• The work requires good communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Your ability to collaborate is good, you have a responsive approach and communicate clearly as well as pedagogically.
• In the authority role, a good ability to make objective and factual assessments and to make clear decisions in accordance with applicable regulations and case law is required.

• Good collaboration skills.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
