JOB DUTIES

The work as a nursing assistant/care assistant involves assisting the user according to their individual needs in personal care, meal situations, transfers, activities, etc. An important task is to support the healthy aspects of the users. This means that you provide them with support and encourage them to continue doing what they can manage on their own. We place great emphasis on case management and work from the individual's best interests. Our goal is for the users to experience dignity and well-being as far as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

We primarily seek those who have studied the health and care program at the high school level. Experience in caregiving and knowledge of dementia diseases are advantageous.

We value high empathetic ability and strong commitment to the well-being of the elderly and their opportunity for a dignified life. Recognizing the different needs and possibilities of the users is a given for you. It is important that you have a professional and respectful approach as well as the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work climate to promote good cooperation. The work requires medical care work as delegated by a nurse. The work also includes documentation in the Combine system.

A driver's license (B) is a requirement. Personal suitability is highly valued.
