We are looking for several temporary workers for Elderly Care and Garnis short-term accommodation. There may be opportunities for longer temporary positions, and we are also seeking summer workers. The work hours are scheduled.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In Elderly Care, you will work as a Nursing Assistant or Care Assistant. Examples of tasks include supporting the user with hygiene, dressing, preparing meals, and care tasks.

In Short-Term Accommodation, you will work as a Nursing Assistant or Care Assistant. Examples of tasks include supporting the user with hygiene, dressing, preparing meals, care tasks, as well as tasks related to rehabilitation and respite care.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be at least 18 years old, and it is advantageous if you have an educational background from a nursing program or equivalent, or if you have previously worked in healthcare.

It is beneficial if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation.

As a person, we want you to be flexible, attentive to others' needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a good demeanor. You should also find it easy to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and other professional categories, and you can work just as well independently as in a group. During your shift, you have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that users receive safe and secure care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. If you are considered for employment, you will be offered an introduction.

A valid B driver's license is advantageous.
