We are looking for

We are now seeking a dental assistant or dental nurse who wants to become an important part of our team. 

For the position, a minimum of high school education is required, as well as good knowledge of Swedish, corresponding to at least level C, in both spoken and written form. It is an advantage if you have completed dental nurse training and have previous healthcare experience. Knowledge of the journal systems Cosmic and Carita, as well as the telephone system TeleQ, is also advantageous. Experience in reception and administrative work from healthcare facilities is considered a plus.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has a structured approach to work. You are flexible and have good collaborative skills, enjoying working in a team. 

What you will work with

The position includes reception, telephone, and administrative tasks with responsibility for patient bookings, patient contact, journal systems, and other administrative work related to the operations and our priorities. The work involves daily contact with patients both via phone and in person, where a professional and service-oriented approach is of great importance. If you are a trained dental nurse, there may also be a need to combine the position with traditional dental nurse tasks, such as assisting in treatments, working with sterilization, and participating in the clinical flow.

The position is a permanent full-time employment during daytime hours. 

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
