Perfect! We are currently looking for a new colleague for the Västberga and Forsbacka care and nursing home in Råneå. The position is a one-year temporary contract starting from June 1st. You will be part of a dedicated and close-knit team where you work together with two nursing colleagues and other professionals. Your role with us

As a nurse, you will have a stimulating and varied job where you have significant caregiving responsibilities. You will work in a team with various internal professionals and external healthcare providers and have the opportunity to plan your workday yourself. The role also includes:

Planning and implementation of care measures
Documentation
Delegation of tasks to nursing staff
Medication management
Training and guidance of staff and patients

Your working hours are according to a schedule, primarily during the day. In a 12-week period, you will work 4 evenings and 2 weekends.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest and commitment to working with elderly patients who have physical and cognitive disabilities. Furthermore, you should have:

Nursing license or ongoing education to become a nurse with graduation in the near future
Valid Swedish B driver's license
Good digital competence

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently but is also flexible and confident in re-planning when the situation requires it. You have a solution-oriented approach and work with the team to find effective solutions in a rapidly changing everyday life.
