We are looking for several hourly substitutes for Home Care. There may be opportunities for longer temporary positions, and we are also looking for summer substitutes. The work hours are scheduled.

RESPONSIBILITIES
In Home Care, you will work as a Nursing Assistant or Care Assistant, performing care and support tasks in the client's own home. Examples of tasks include assisting with showering, dressing, preparing meals, making beds, cleaning, ordering supplies, and providing companionship.
QUALIFICATIONS
You must be at least 18 years old, and it is an advantage if you have an educational background from a care program or equivalent, or if you have previous experience working in healthcare.
It is also advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation.
As a person, we want you to be flexible, responsive to others' needs, meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a good demeanor. You should also find it easy to collaborate with managers, colleagues, and other professional categories, and you can work just as well independently as in a group. During your shift, you will have the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that clients receive safe and secure care.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. If you are selected for employment, you will be offered an introduction.
A B driver's license is an advantage.
