We are looking for a licensed nurse who has good knowledge of Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you have previous work experience in surgical operations or outpatient work. It is also beneficial if you have knowledge of languages other than Swedish and English.

What you will work with

The surgical outpatient clinic at Sunderby Hospital belongs to the division of Operative and Diagnostic and the area of General Surgery/Urology. The clinic functions as a regional clinic for Norrbotten, and outpatient surgical services are provided at most of our hospitals.

As a coordination nurse, you will have a central role that includes both practical and administrative work. This position primarily involves coordinating elective surgery within upper gastro, but also assisting the contact nurses in the team. Outpatient work includes tasks such as telephone advice, appointment scheduling, your own consultations, coordinating contact between patients and doctors, and handling test results.

Information about the position

Temporary full-time employment until October 31, 2026. Working hours are daytime Monday to Friday. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
