The home care service provides individually assessed assistance in the form of service and personal care in regular housing. The services aim to strengthen the individual's ability to manage themselves and make it possible for them to stay at home.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to work in Hakkas. You have the option to start with a car from Gällivare. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you will provide services in the form of service and personal care in the client's home. We work based on quality and safety for the clients. The goal is satisfied clients, with their needs being the foundation for the provision of services. You will meet the clients' needs and involve them in the establishment of the implementation plan. Documentation is also an important part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

Three-year care program, nursing assistant training, or other education deemed equivalent. We are looking for someone who is easy to collaborate with, is positive, flexible, and understands the importance of good communication and a good approach to both clients and their relatives as well as colleagues. A computer and mobile phone are used as working tools, and it is desirable that you have good computer skills. Your tasks include documenting and communicating with various parties, which requires you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

A driver's license is required.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Within the framework of the national minority language law, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli, and Finnish. Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.

Working Hours/Duration

100 %

Work during the day, evening, and weekends.
