Job Responsibilities

We offer you an independent job where you have the opportunity to use your previous experiences. During shifts, you will collaborate with two other nurses, sharing responsibility for the patients. Your work is centered around the needs of the patients based on the healthcare they require. You provide support and guidance to the care staff in the various operations. Your responsibilities include being accountable for assessments, planning, and implementing healthcare interventions concerning patients in special accommodations for the elderly, home healthcare, psychiatric accommodations, and group homes. You will also be responsible for medication management, specific nursing care, and documentation. The job may also involve meeting individuals in a palliative phase of life, where your task is to create good care during the last moments of life for both the patient and their relatives.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We see a pleasant demeanor, flexibility, and good collaboration skills as valuable competencies for working as a nurse. We value a positive attitude and the ability to find solutions in the work.

A B driver's license is required for the position.

More about the position

Permanent employment, full-time. We work according to the full/part model, which means employment full-time with the possibility of working less. Working hours are night shifts with weekend duties. Start date according to agreement. Access to a company car.
