Job Advertisement: Hotel Crew at Hernö Gin Hotel
Hernö Gin Hotel is a unique concept hotel located along the High Coast, situated by the sea in central Härnösand. We offer first-class and personalized accommodation in a gin destination filled with taste and nature experiences, close to both adventure and relaxation for business travelers, activity guests, families, and groups. The hotel consists of nine floors housing 120 rooms, several bars including a gin bar, a restaurant, a spa, and a conference facility with seven rooms accommodating up to 225 people.

At Hernö Gin Hotel, we are looking for someone who, together with our wonderful team, wants to deliver exceptional service that exceeds our guests' expectations. We need both those seeking a permanent position and those who want to work extra as needed.
About the Role:
No two days are the same with us. As a Hotel Crew member, your tasks may include:
- Welcoming and checking in our guests
- Managing bookings.
- Answering questions and providing information about the hotel and sharing the best local tips
- Taking on various administrative tasks
- Work in both our conference department and relaxation area may be included.
We are looking for someone who,
- Takes initiative and has the ability to be efficient and flexible
- Enjoys working in a team and with others.
- Has an eye for detail, is meticulous, and solution-oriented.
- Likes to go the extra mile and create experiences beyond the ordinary.
- Is stress-resistant and enjoys juggling multiple tasks
- Is at least 20 years old
Your background and formal qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills.
- Experience with the booking system Mews is an advantage.
About the Position:
The position is permanent part-time with a 6-month probationary period or extra as needed. Salary according to collective agreement. You will report to our Front Office & Conference Supervisor.
