JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an engaged chef for Graningebyn's kitchen.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving nutritious meals from scratch according to dietary policies and quality standards.
• Traditional dishes/special diets/baking for our guests, users in home care and special housing.
• Planning and implementing weekly menus, ordering/picking goods.
• Dishes/cleaning/laundry.
• Cash handling/invoices/quotes.
• Catering for cakes and dinners, etc.
• Ensuring that the kitchen's hygiene and work routines follow current guidelines/HACCP.
• Working closely with other employees to create a good working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained chef. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as computer skills.

We seek someone who is passionate about cooking and has a genuine interest in preparing good meals for others. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team, be stress-resistant, handle heavier lifting, be flexible, ambitious, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additionally, it is important that you focus on the guest, love to serve and engage with others. Another important quality is that you are organized and structured.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
