We are now looking for someone who wants to work in a smaller kitchen, alongside and together with our head chef.

Here you will have the opportunity for a flexible and creative role, with game, local ingredients, and the Nordic region in focus in our cooking. We primarily cater to conferences, where 2 and 3-course menus are served, genuine well-prepared lunches, weddings, Christmas buffets, etc., where you will help create the experience.

You want to take responsibility and run the kitchen together with our head chef, assist with menus and purchases. We work closely with our guests, so high social skills are required. You want to become an integral part of our team and contribute to the long-term development of a business with an exciting future, where development is a top priority.

The job involves a mix of days/evenings and partially weekends. You are flexible and punctual, passionate about service, and engaged in the entire operation.

Accommodation is available, as well as exclusive opportunities primarily for hunting but also fishing if that is an interest. We work very closely with nature.
