The hotel is located on Södra Stadsberget in Sundsvall, about 3 km from Sundsvall city center, with a panoramic view of Sundsvall, the sea, mountains, and valleys. Only a 10-minute drive to the city center, bus and train stations, and 25 minutes to Sundsvall Airport.

Hotel Södra Berget in Sundsvall is now looking for one (1) receptionist for a permanent position at 75%, as our current colleague is moving on to new exciting challenges in their career. We are looking for someone who finds it important and, above all, enjoyable to put the guest at the center. We value a positive, independent, and responsible person who can handle stress when things can get quite hectic. As a person, we see that you love to provide excellent service. We place great importance on personal suitability. Experience in the industry is desirable but not a requirement; training will be provided on-site.

Main responsibilities: In the reception, you will be responsible for check-in and check-out, switchboard operations, cash handling, invoicing, bookings, and other service-related tasks, etc.

Knowledge of the booking system Techotel Picasso is desirable.

We expect you to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

We prefer that you have access to a car, as public transport is not available during working hours.
