The hotel is located on Södra Stadsberget in Sundsvall, about 3 km from Sundsvall's city center, offering a panoramic view of Sundsvall, the sea, mountains, and valleys. Only a 10-minute drive to the city center, bus and train stations, and 25 minutes to Sundsvall Airport.

Hotel Södra Berget in Sundsvall is now looking for three (3) receptionists for the summer season of 2026 (June, July, and August) with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone who finds it important and, above all, enjoyable to put the guest first. We value a positive, independent, and responsible person who can handle stress when things get hectic. We see that you, as an applicant, love to provide excellent service. Personal suitability is highly valued. Experience in the industry is desirable but not required, as training will be provided on-site.

Main responsibilities: In the reception, you will be responsible for check-in and check-out, telephone exchange, cash handling, invoicing, bookings, and other service-related tasks, etc.

Knowledge of the booking system Techotel Picasso is desirable.

We expect you to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

We prefer that you have access to a car as public transport is not available during working hours.
