Nephrology outpatient care includes investigation, treatment, and care of complicated cases of kidney disease. The unit consists of hemodialysis outpatient clinic, self-dialysis clinic, PD clinic, and kidney clinic, and has a close and well-functioning collaboration.

You will be part of our team at the hemodialysis clinic where kidney disease patients come for regular blood dialysis. Here, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and kitchen assistants work as a close-knit group. We are a friendly team with varied and enjoyable tasks, where you will become an important part of the operation.

Food is an important part for patients on dialysis. Therefore, we are now looking for a kitchen assistant for the Dialysis Clinic in Örnsköldsvik. The position is a temporary contract at 85% for 5 weeks during the summer period of 2026.

Kitchen Assistant for the Dialysis Clinic, Örnsköldsvik Summer 2026

• Prepare and serve morning snacks to dialysis patients in the form of sandwiches and coffee
• Prepare and serve hot lunch to dialysis patients delivered from Örnsköldsvik municipality
• Regular kitchen tasks such as dishwashing, cleaning, and ordering supplies and food

Training will take place over three days with the regular kitchen assistant.

The hemodialysis clinic is open during the day, but evenings may occur based on the needs of the operation.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good knowledge of Swedish in spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience working in a kitchen or in healthcare
