Do you want to be where business meets sustainability? We are looking for a Sales Manager who wants to drive the business forward, create growth, and make a real difference for our customers.

About the role

DENIOS is a world leader in products and solutions that contribute to safe and sustainable chemical management. We offer our customers a wide range of technical systems, solutions, and products for the protection of both people and the environment, and this is where you come in. As Sales Manager for the Swedish market, you will be a key person in our continued success. You will be welcomed into a strong and future-oriented group with in-house product development and production of high-quality technical solutions. You will be offered a broad role with significant responsibility for developing and strengthening DENIOS's position in the market. You will work closely with inside sales, marketing, product managers at our headquarters in Germany, as well as exchange with similar positions across Europe.

In this role, you will:

  • Be involved in both setting and realizing our sales strategy. Transform goals into concrete results.

  • Build strong and long-term relationships with existing customers and partners, as well as actively work on new business opportunities.

  • Participate in trade fairs, customer events, and campaigns for new business.

  • Work independently and actively strengthen DENIOS's position in the market.

We are a team of 15 colleagues at the office in Huskvarna, with different roles but a strong sense of community where we always help each other for both our and our customers' benefit. In this role, you will have Sweden as your market, and travel will be a natural part of your everyday life.

Your profile

We are looking for a business-driven and trustworthy individual with several years of experience in B2B and industrial sales. You are used to independently planning and prioritizing your work and have a genuine interest in building and nurturing customer relationships. Experience from manufacturing companies, OEMs, or similar environments is an advantage.

A high digital capability and a good understanding of modern systems and tools are important for success in this role. Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is also essential as we are part of an international group with English as the corporate language.
