Foten is a shoe store with a selection for both regular & unusual feet. We offer a large assortment of high-quality shoes with good functionality and represent well-known brands. We have staff with orthopedic expertise who conduct analyses of customers' feet and movement patterns, as well as our own production of custom insoles. Foten is located in Tranås, Jönköping, Linköping, and Kalmar. What we see as most important is that you have a high social ability and a great interest in sales and service, as well as a willingness to learn new things. We aim to deliver the highest possible service and knowledge, which is also expected by our customers. If you have experience working in a store or with sales, especially with shoes, it is a plus, as well as experience in healthcare and an interest in running & training. The position mainly consists of daily sales and customer service when purchasing shoes. The store also sells orthopedic insoles of various kinds. This is primarily done by specialized experts/analysts during booked appointments, but it will also be the responsibility of other store staff to have knowledge of basic orthopedic issues and assist analysts with simpler adjustments and work with insoles. This also applies to running analyses. Internal training will be provided for this. We have high expectations for your commitment and your willingness to contribute to the development of both yourself and the store's operations. As a person, you are used to taking responsibility and find it easy to collaborate with others. We value great flexibility in working hours, which may vary and temporarily increase during others' absence and during holiday periods. Saturday work is included. The position is a temporary contract for parental leave, but there are good chances for it to transition into a permanent position.
