Field Sales Representative at Solifokus

Do you want to work with products that make a difference for customers and for the future? Do you enjoy meeting people, conducting customer meetings, and understanding how technology works in a home? Then you might be the salesperson Solifokus is looking for. Here you will have the chance to work with solar panels and energy solutions that make Swedish villas smarter and more sustainable.

Responsibilities as a Field Sales Representative

As a field sales representative at Solifokus, you will work with pre-booked customer meetings with private individuals, primarily homeowners. In these meetings, you will go through the customer's needs, look at the conditions of the house, and present solutions that fit both economically and in terms of energy. This is a role where you meet customers every day, spend a lot of time in the field, and get to use your technical and practical thinking to create understanding and security for the customer. You do not need to be a solar panel expert, but you should like technology, want to learn, and understand how a house functions (roof, electricity, heating, energy flows).

You will receive:

  • Pre-booked meetings, full introduction, a supportive team, and plenty of room to influence your own sales.

Examples of tasks:

  • Conduct customer meetings with private individuals – primarily homeowners
  • Analyze roofs, placement of inverters, batteries, and potential production
  • Present solar solutions and prepare quotes
  • Negotiate and close deals on-site or shortly after the meeting
  • Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
  • Register meetings, quotes, and closures in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with project managers and technicians for accurate delivery

You have great freedom to plan your days, but the goal is to be out with customers as much as possible.

In the role of Field Sales Representative, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in proactive sales
  • Enjoys meeting people and is confident in customer dialogues
  • Interest in technology and wants to understand how solar panels, energy, and residential environments are interconnected
  • Is self-driven, reliable, and has the ability to work towards goals
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Fluent Swedish
  • Experience working with CRM, quotes, or technical products

Personality is important. You should be able to build trust and drive a secure customer process from meeting to closure.

  • Background in the solar panel industry

As a person, you are:

You have experience in proactive sales and thrive in meeting people where you easily build trust. You are clear in your communication and good at explaining technology in a way that is easy to understand, even for someone who is not familiar with the field. You like structure and ensure that each customer visit moves forward, while also being sufficiently independent to take responsibility for your days, your calendar, and your deals. Drive and competitive instinct come naturally to you; you want to achieve results and feel good when you see that your efforts have an impact.
