About Industrigatan and Grepgatan

Industrigatan and Grepgatan are group homes for adults belonging to group 1 according to LSS. There are 6 places in the homes.

About the role In the role of housing supporter, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff members, you will work towards making each day meaningful and rich in content. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

You will have a group manager close by who works part of their time in the operation.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. A driver's license is a merit.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our users' best interests in mind in everything you do.
