We are now looking for a reliable, attentive, and experienced personal assistant for a young woman with autism and intellectual disabilities.

She is a kind, cheerful, and social person who enjoys communicating with her surroundings, even though she does not use verbal speech. She has a great need for clarity, predictability, and established routines in her daily life. In certain situations, she may become locked and exhibit outwardly aggressive behavior, which places high demands on you as an assistant to be stable, calm, and professional in your approach.

Working hours approximately 75%. Increased salary is provided considering the complexity and responsibility of the job.

About the role

As a personal assistant, you provide close support in daily life. You work preventively, structured, and pedagogically to create security and reduce stress. You assist with daily tasks, communication, structure, and transitions. You are attentive to signals and adjust your working methods according to her needs and daily condition.

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience working with individuals with autism

• Has experience with locking situations and outwardly aggressive behavior

• Is reliable, calm, and consistent in your approach

• Has a good ability to read and interpret non-verbal communication

• Works in a structured manner and follows routines

• Is responsible, trustworthy, and has good collaboration skills

Education in care, social services, pedagogy, or autism is an advantage, as is previous work within LSS.
