About the position

We are looking for a personal assistant for a 48-year-old man with a disability/high-functioning autism. The work is carried out in the environment where the person receiving assistance resides, primarily at home. The work shifts are primarily scheduled two to three days a week between 3:00 PM and 4:00 AM. The working hours include day and evening shifts as well as possible weekend work one weekend per month.

We would like you to take on the role of team leader for the assistance group. You will have primary responsibility for planning, calling in substitutes in case of illness, contacting providers, etc.

Who are you?

You are a responsible and honest person who is attentive, empathetic, and secure in yourself. You can work independently as well as in close collaboration with other assistants and the person receiving assistance. You are also driven and have the ability to initiate various activities.

We value previous experience in personal assistance and high-functioning autism, but personal chemistry is of utmost importance to our client.

Requirements

For the position, you must

Be male
Have knowledge of autism or similar neuropsychiatric disabilities
Have a manual driver's license
