Environmental Guardians Wanted at Stenungsundshem

Do you enjoy creating pleasant residential areas? Do you like providing top-notch service? We are now looking for four dedicated and service-oriented seasonal workers for the 2026 season, four Environmental Guardians, one of whom will be responsible for lawn maintenance.

Stenungsundshem is a public housing company, wholly owned by Stenungsund Municipality. Stenungsundshem owns and manages over 2,100 homes. RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Environmental Guardian, you need to have a pronounced sense of service. You also need to have knowledge of green areas and practical maintenance, which includes tasks such as mowing grass, weeding flower beds, trimming hedges, and pruning trees and shrubs, among others.

We consider it an advantage if you have qualifications in machine operation, e.g., certification for brush cutters and chainsaws.

If you are applying for the position of our Environmental Guardian for lawn maintenance, you should have some technical interest as the job also involves maintenance and care of the machines you operate.

Other important qualities include being responsible and flexible, having social competence, and appreciating contact with tenants in our areas.

You also have the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Since the work is conducted outdoors, you must enjoy being outside in both sun and rain.

You should be able to take initiative and work goal-oriented.

Since you will be working in a team with other colleagues, your ability to collaborate with others is as important as your ability to work independently.

Engagement and a genuine interest in outdoor environments are prerequisites for thriving as an Environmental Guardian at Stenungsundshem.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have documented work experience in the maintenance and care of green areas.

We require that you have a B driver's license and the ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

OTHER

The position is a full-time seasonal employment starting on March 16, 2026, or by agreement. The position ends on October 16, 2026.
