Your Responsibilities

At Agroflow, we are looking for animal caretakers in the Uddevalla-Göteborg area – individuals who want to help develop a growing business and contribute to sustainable and responsible animal husbandry. You will be employed by Agroflow but will work full-time on assignment with our client.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, positive, responsible, and handy – and who enjoys physical work in an environment where animal welfare is the focus. We prefer candidates with previous experience working with cattle, pigs, or poultry.

If you enjoy working with animals while contributing to good and safe animal husbandry, this could be the job for you.

As an Animal Caretaker, you will:

• Participate in the daily operations and care of the animals
• Perform minor repairs, service, and maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Collaborate with other staff and be an important part of the daily work
• Contribute to effective and structured routines in a positive and forward-thinking work environment

Your Profile

Qualifications for the position:

• We are looking for someone with experience in agriculture and animal husbandry.
• Enjoys physical and practical work.
• Is solution-oriented and not afraid to get hands-on when needed.
• Communicates clearly and well in Swedish.
• Is cooperative, responsible, and self-sufficient.

Meritorious:

• It is very positive if you have training in infection control, animal husbandry, or similar fields.

Additional Information about the Position:

• Full-time
• 6-month probationary period (transition to permanent)
• Weekend work may occur
• On-call duty may occur

About the Company

The position is full-time/daytime, and you will be employed by us at Agroflow and assigned to our client. You will work from home and follow the schedule assigned to you. We offer comprehensive insurance for your safety while on assignment, a supportive manager available throughout the assignment, pension, and paid vacation.
