One of our core principles is to always take great responsibility for the quality of our deliveries and our plant service over time. We are now looking for a driven, engaged plant service employee, based in Mölnlycke.

Overall description of the role

We are looking for someone who is truly interested in plants, knows the industry, and wants to work with plant care.

As a plant service technician, you will be part of our team in Gothenburg and responsible for your own district and customers. You will visit plant interior design customers and carry out plant care at given intervals. This includes watering, pruning, cleaning, picking, and planting. You will travel using a service vehicle.

We are looking for someone who:

- Enjoys working independently but also appreciates a strong team spirit.

- Can take overall service responsibility for their own customers.

- Enjoys customer interaction and has experience in the service industry.

- Has a driver's license and good driving experience.

- Industry experience is an advantage.

- Likes to work physically and can assist with heavier plantings during deliveries.

The role also involves being part of the delivery/production work of plant interior design such as planting, delivery to customers, greenhouse work, and also production with moss and lichen.
