Bistro Melker is looking for an experienced and service-oriented bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and puts the guest first. You will be responsible for the bar during your shift, working in a structured manner and greeting each guest with a professional attitude. From cocktails and wine to recommendations and pace – you have control over the whole experience and contribute to a safe and well-functioning bar.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in bar work who is self-sufficient in your role. You can mix both classic drinks and signature cocktails, have a good understanding of wine and beverages, and know how important pace, accuracy, and teamwork are for the guest experience. You work solution-oriented, maintain consistent quality even when it’s busy, and contribute to a positive team climate.
