We are looking for both experienced and inexperienced candidates. The most important thing for us is that you recognize yourself in the following:

• We prefer that you have turned or will turn 18 during 2026

We work when others are off, so you need to be able to do that too, which means weekdays and weekends, day and night.

What positions can you apply for?

All people are unique, but during June-August, most have one thing in common: the VACATION BRAIN is on - just as it should be. When guests choose to come to us, it also means they rely on us to think FOR them. Everything from ensuring they get food in their stomachs by reserving a table in the restaurant, to providing swimwear for those who forgot. In between, there are many crucial roles to make the guest's stay as "smooth sailing" as possible, and this summer we are looking for you who want to work with one of the positions listed below. Or perhaps several jobs, as we work as one house-one team.

Receptionist -You are the first one who has the opportunity to wow the guest and thus set the standard for the rest of the stay. In addition to checking in and out our guests, you ensure they have a seamless stay by generously providing information that could enhance the experience further.

Hosts & Hostesses - Our Steam-stars, the heroes of the house who assist with everything from helping guests carry bags, clearing dishes, and fluffing pillows. An important role in keeping the house in order and giving our guests the little extra.

Housekeeping - The star team that creates the feeling that no one else has ever stayed in the hotel room or slept in the comfortable bed. Perhaps you decorate a little extra for guests who are with us to celebrate, and you also ensure that our common areas are clean and tidy.

Service & Runner - You are the one who spends the most time with our guests and truly have the opportunity to make an impression. For about 2.5 hours, you take care of your party and ensure they have a fantastic food and drink experience with us. As a runner, you are crucial for the operation to function in the restaurant; you clear dishes, set tables, keep order, and support your colleagues where needed.

Kokpunkten - Sweden's coolest action water park - Is looking for summer receptionists, action guides, and summer staff for the Lagoon restaurant.

Dishwasher - Just like our runners, you are crucial for the logistics to work in the dining room. You cannot serve food without clean plates or coffee without clean coffee cups!

Bartender - The circus juggler and the creative drink mixer. With us, glasses are never empty, and you know exactly what the guest is looking for when they ask for a "fresh summer drink".

Kitchen Assistants & Chefs - You have a passion for flavor experiences that make guests ask for the recipe.

Pool Club Staff - Oh, oh, oh, here we have the pulse of the house. No sunbed stands empty, and here we serve both food, drinks, and sunscreen to our guests. You are just a wave away and see that they are thirsty before they even know it, because no one wants to get up from their sunbed when they can be served, right? On a rainy day, you might instead guide guests through our pool club, Voltage Lounge.

Breakfast Host - The most important meal of the day! You take care of our guests as they enjoy our wonderful breakfast buffet, you set the table, clear dishes, and serve coffee to guests at their tables. Some guests stay several days, and you learn which table they prefer to sit at while some are just passing through and heading to their next destination; you end their stay on a high note.

Employment type: Summer job/fixed-term employment (with a chance for more work after the summer)

Period: June-August or by agreement

Salary: According to the Hotel & Restaurant Workers' Union agreement
