The Health and Social Administration is seeking nursing assistants and care assistants for home care, sheltered housing, and special housing in production area North. The area includes operations in Backe, Rossön, Hoting, and Kyrktåsjö. In the area, there are special housing in Hoting, Kyrktåsjö, and Backe, a sheltered housing in Rossön, and two home care groups. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant and care assistant with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You support individuals in their daily lives based on assistance decisions and implementation plans, and each meeting is a chance to spread security, joy, and care. Your tasks are varied and meaningful, and include among other things:

• Supporting in the home and daily life with cleaning, laundry, bed making, shopping, and cooking
• Performing personal care with respect and warmth, for example during showering, toilet visits, dressing, meals, and personal hygiene
• Creating joy in everyday life through activities, social interaction, walks, games, or other initiatives
• Responsible for medical tasks such as blood pressure checks, dressings, and medication management after delegation

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant and/or has experience working with elderly people
• Is responsible, secure, and has a professional attitude
• Enjoys collaborating with colleagues but also takes personal responsibility and works independently when needed
• Can express themselves well in speech and writing in Swedish, as Swedish is a fundamental requirement for communicating with colleagues, care recipients, and documenting safely
• Has good computer skills and understands the importance of documentation for quality and continuity in care

A driver's license is required for work in home care.
