Are you detail-oriented, technically interested, and enjoy practical work in an industrial environment? We are now looking for several experienced Machine Operators for our clients in Norrköping and surrounding areas.

• Location: Norrköping, Finspång

• Employment type: Full-time

• Working hours: 2-shift with weekends + free week

• Contract type: Temporary employment

• Start date: Immediate

As a machine operator, you will work with monitoring and operating CNC-controlled machines, ensuring that production follows drawings, measurements, and quality requirements. You will set up machines, change tools, perform ongoing inspections, and make adjustments as needed. The work also involves following procedures, documenting deviations, and collaborating with colleagues to keep production efficient, safe, and stable.

As a person, you are detail-oriented, responsible, and structured, with the ability to maintain focus even in a fast-paced environment. You work methodically, solve problems calmly and thoughtfully, and do not hesitate to ask questions when needed. You thrive in an environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are central, and you contribute to a positive work atmosphere by being helpful, communicative, and easy to collaborate with.

Since the work involves shift work, we prefer that you are flexible with working hours.

• Driver's license B & access to a car

• Good knowledge of Swedish

• Previous experience as a machine operator in the manufacturing industry.

• Education or equivalent experience in industry, production, or similar is a plus.

• Forklift license A+B

• Overhead crane license
