We are now looking for a Quality Control Maintenance Engineer for a consulting assignment with our client, an innovative energy technology company in Linköping. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in a production-oriented environment, enjoy solving technical problems hands-on, and want to take overall responsibility for ensuring that quality and processes function stably and efficiently.

Our client develops and produces groundbreaking technology in energy solutions and is in a strong growth phase. The role is central to ensuring quality, operational reliability, and continuous improvement in the post-processing process.

As a Quality Control Maintenance Engineer, you are a technical expert in the post-production process. You are responsible for ensuring that maintenance, calibration, and technical solutions function effectively and sustainably in the long term. The role is operational and varied with a high degree of personal responsibility.

Your main responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving within the post-production process
• Responsibility for technical maintenance and support throughout the process
• Calibration of tools and process machines to ensure accuracy and quality
• Design, maintenance, and adaptation of measurement and contact tools, such as jigs, measurement boxes, and contact machines
• Coordination with suppliers when technical solutions or components are needed
• Identify and implement smart automation solutions, such as streamlining measurement processes
• Ensure stable processes that enable future scaling and growth

This is a consulting assignment for you who appreciate being the person the organization turns to when something needs to be improved, adjusted, or solved quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical work in a production or workshop environment
• Basic knowledge of electronics for troubleshooting and calibration
• Experience with CAD tools for designing simple jigs and fixtures
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written

Desirable:

• Technical engineering background
• Experience working with 3D printers
• Basic programming skills for simple automation
