Operations Technician for Biogas Plant

Do you want to operate a facility that drives society? We are looking for an operations technician for the biogas plant!

At Tekniska verken's biogas plant, we convert food waste into renewable energy that powers buses, vehicles, and drives society forward. The facility is a central part of the transition to a more sustainable energy system, and we are now looking for an operations technician who wants to work closely with the process and take responsibility for safe, stable, and efficient operations.

With us, you will have a technical and varied role where you combine practical work with problem-solving and development. You will work both independently and together with colleagues in operations, maintenance, and electrical – in a daily routine where no day is the same. With varied and rewarding tasks, your days will be filled with:

• patrolling and starting and stopping biogas plants
• optimizing operations and following up on processes
• planning and performing corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance
• working with documentation, labeling, routines, and work orders
• participating in projects and development work related to production and distribution

The work takes place both indoors and outdoors. On-call duty is included in the position.

Experience you bring and share with us:

• Education as an operations technician or equivalent experience
• Driving license B
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

If you have experience in operational work, process monitoring, or maintenance work and/or knowledge in electrical engineering or control and regulation technology, it is considered an advantage. Forklift and loader licenses are seen as positive.
