Job Description

As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our wired installations and coaching new and existing technicians in the field. You will be an important part of our team and play a key role in ensuring that our technicians have the right knowledge and support to succeed in their roles. You will also work closely with other teams to ensure high quality and efficiency in installation and service. You will support several local partner companies and will therefore travel a lot in your position with us.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks of alarm installations to ensure that the quality for our customers adheres to the company's established installation and service policies
• Support technicians in the field through coaching and on-site follow-up
• Collaborate with the technical team on improvements and updates in instructions
• Provide second line support for our wired alarms to some extent
• Conduct parts of the technical training a few times a year together with colleagues

Qualifications:

• Experience in installing wired alarms
• Good technical understanding of installation and service processes. Experience in installing camera systems and access control systems is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and inspire others
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Class B driver's license

Start date according to agreement. Employment in an authorized security company requires approval from the County Administrative Board. We apply a probationary period of the first 6 months of the employment period.

Location: You will cover the region from Linköping in the north to Skåne in the south, so the location is flexible, e.g., Linköping, Jönköping, Gothenburg, or another centrally located place in the region.
