Process Engineer for Our Team in Hofors

We are looking for a talented process engineer to join our team in Hofors for a permanent position. You will work alongside our experienced R&D manager to develop and optimize our work processes and products. You will also have the opportunity to replace the R&D manager when needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

Process evaluation – Review and update our processes to optimize quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Participate in the development and documentation of production and safety procedures.
Review and improve new products to optimize melting recipes and enhance yield quality.
Participate in the evaluation and development of our processes in relation to business opportunities.
Conduct sampling and laboratory analyses.

To succeed in this role, you need to be:

A qualified engineer.
Have metallurgical education or experience.
An advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable speaking English.

The majority of the processes aim to melt catalyst waste for metal recycling, and production is continuous and operates around the clock.
