ValueOne is looking for a Maintenance Planner for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry in Ovanåker municipality. The assignment starts by agreement and lasts for 6 months, with good opportunities for permanent employment.

We offer our clients services in three business areas: rental of purchasing and logistics consultants, recruitment of purchasers and logisticians, and Management Consulting where ValueOne develops our clients' purchasing, logistics, and supply chain in terms of strategy, model, method, process, organization, and competence.

About the role

As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on both daily and long-term maintenance work. Your task is to ensure that maintenance is carried out efficiently, structured, and well-planned.

• Plan and schedule maintenance work in close collaboration with the team – both for daily efforts and annual contractual maintenance.
• Develop weekly schedules and long-term overview plans for upcoming maintenance activities.
• Follow up on ongoing maintenance activities and allocate resources between different tasks.
• Be responsible for ordering tools and spare parts.
• Work with preventive maintenance by developing clear instructions and conducting follow-ups on completed work.
• Prepare reports on status and any deviations.
• Act as the contact person for suppliers and external service partners.

Experience and skills

We are looking for someone with experience in maintenance planning in production or a similar industrial environment. You have a good technical understanding and are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have worked with preventive maintenance, developed maintenance instructions, and have experience with LEAN methodology.

We believe that you are a structured and analytical person who finds it easy to plan and schedule tasks. You naturally contribute order and clarity in daily work and thrive in a work environment where close teamwork is essential to achieve common goals.
