With us, you have the world's most fun part-time job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to sports activities, as well as gain experience and credentials to work with leadership and groups.

Play, have fun, and spread joy to the children. It couldn't be more fun! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs At Fotbollskul, you will have the opportunity to introduce football as a sport to a wonderful group of children aged 2-6 years in a playful manner. Our hope is that the children will be inspired to continue playing sports, and your leadership plays a big role in that.

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves to work with children

• Is joyful, playful, and engaged

• Has football experience or general ball experience from other ball sports

• Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or has a long sports background and has been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, babysitting)

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

You should also aim to ensure that all participants feel satisfied when they leave each Fotbollskul session.

You will lead the children and their parents through various exercises inspired by football and ball games developed by Active Academy's sports educators in a playful and engaging way.

We work based on a prepared session plan, which means that all exercises and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you will then have the chance to focus all your attention on spreading wonderful movement joy! where we focus on ball games, ball tracks, shooting, and passing.

Before starting work with us, you will participate in our leader meeting where we educate you in our specific concept.

Employment conditions

• Hourly employment

• The work takes place during spring 2026 starting from week 5.

• The sessions are scheduled on Sundays between 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

• Approximately 1-2 hours/week.
