Fredriksdalsskolan is a school with about 330 students. Fredriksdalskolan - the school of opportunities. For us, the school is an important and meaningful place for both students and staff. We work for a school characterized by positive meetings, joyful learning environments, community, and participation. We reinforce the positive and build on what works. We stimulate and motivate all students to reach as far as possible in their goal fulfillment and to feel hopeful about the future. Digital and formative learning processes are an obvious part of supporting each student's learning.

Job Responsibilities

Your main task is to challenge students in their learning and support them in their knowledge development towards set goals together with colleagues in work teams and subject teams. In addition to planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching, you will work with colleagues in work teams and subject teams to develop the school based on prioritized development areas.

Who are you?

You are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach SVA in grades 7-9. We are looking for someone who is well acquainted with the subject's purpose, abilities, and knowledge requirements and is well-versed in the school's view of knowledge and values. You have good knowledge and competence in digital and formative learning processes.

We would like you to be interested and have experience with language-developing methods in the multilingual classroom. You have the ability to motivate and create learning environments characterized by inclusion, variation, and interactivity. You have the ability to see and meet each student and build on what works.

You see opportunities in working interdisciplinary in collaboration with others. Your learning in collegial learning is a given. You reflect on and analyze your own teaching as a natural part of your practice. You have a strong commitment in the classroom and take great responsibility in your work.

You have a very good ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are communicative and creative. We would like you to dare to think and try new things together with others.
