We are looking for a licensed teacher for our special education groups teaching SFI, who wants to work part-time.

About the position

Our teaching is based on the students' interests, motivations, and goals. As a teacher with us, you are part of a dynamic environment where learning, development, and diversity are in focus. We are now looking for teachers who want to teach adult students. You will work in an open and supportive team where we develop teaching together and create a learning environment that meets each student where they are.

Who are you?

• You have a teaching license with at least 45 credits in Swedish as a second language (SVA).
• You are structured, engaged, and inspiring – and enjoy finding new ways for learning.
• You easily adapt your teaching to different target groups and cultural backgrounds.
• You have interest and experience with the target group.
• You have good digital skills and use IT as a natural tool in teaching.
• You are a team player who enjoys developing the operations together with colleagues.
• We would like you to have experience from adult education and/or knowledge of languages other than Swedish – but this is not a requirement.
• We place great importance on personal suitability, and we believe that you, like us, believe in everyone's ability to grow and succeed.

Meritorious

• 90 credits in Swedish as a second language (SVA)
• Qualification in another subject
• Special educational competence and experience
• Experience with the target group
