We are looking for someone who is curious about working as a special educator in preschool, temporary position for 3 months.

About the position

Your mission includes, among other things:

• Supporting and guiding teams in the proactive and preventive work to develop inclusive and accessible learning environments that benefit all children's development and learning.
• Conducting educational assessments and analyses as part of the preventive and proactive work.
• Guiding and developing teams in special educational issues.
• Being involved in designing and following up on interventions, action plans, and adjustments at both individual and group levels.
• Implementing new working methods and structures in the organization, aiming to remove barriers to children's development and learning.
• Contributing to conversations with guardians and other important partners.
• Collaboration with both internal and external actors.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has studied to become a special educator or has a special educator degree.
• Has good knowledge of neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF) and preferably experience in clear pedagogical methods.
• Has experience working in preschool.
• Is confident in working independently while having a strong ability to collaborate and cooperate with other professionals.
• Has a systemic approach and can balance a holistic perspective with the child's individual needs.
