Kvarterskliniken is part of Medtanken Group, which has 10 established Young People's Mental Health teams. We have good knowledge and experience within our group to drive and develop the work within primary care.

The position is based at our unit on Avenyn in Gothenburg for 40-60% of the time, with the remainder working digitally for our unit in Tanum. There is an option for partial remote work from home.

Job Responsibilities

With us, you will work on the mental health of children and adolescents from a primary care perspective, which involves short interventions and self-help assistance. We highly value our accessibility. The intensity of treatment is adjusted according to the patient's care needs. Sometimes one or two visits are sufficient. The goal is for the patient to increase their quality of life and function better in their daily life. Collaboration with other services occurs based on needs for the best possible care. UPH also has a collaboration mission, which is why we collaborate broadly and consult with other services that meet children, adolescents, and parents.

We work with psychoeducational interventions as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), both individually and through group interventions, physically at our clinics and digitally through, for example, iCBT interventions. Our interventions target both children and young people and their parents.

You will also be part of our UPH network within the group, where we currently have over 60 employees in the field. We have regular supervision and networking opportunities where collegial collaboration and support are available.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed psychologist or licensed psychotherapist with a CBT focus. You need to have at least 1 year of previous clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and parents.

You enjoy working both independently and in a team. You feel secure and comfortable in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a positive work environment with the child's best interests in focus.

Personal suitability and the ability to fit into the team are of utmost importance.
