About the role
The role of CEO involves a strong focus on leadership as well as the management of existing operations and organizational and business development, as most of the business is conducted by department heads. You will be the one to build the structure for continued profitable growth. The company currently consists of five departments distributed across nine branches that independently manage their business and operations.

You will take a comprehensive approach to the business, including sales, development, delivery, finance, and performance monitoring.

Main responsibilities:

• Leads the management team based on the company's and group's common goals
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Reports to the Regional Manager and group functions
• Strategic goals and business plan
• Goal and result responsibility
• Business and market development

With a wide range of service offerings in property and industry, Elektrobyrån has a stable position in the market. The operations are structured into five departments spread across nine locations, led by department heads and service leaders who daily manage their organizations, most of whom are service electricians. In the role of CEO, you report to the Regional Manager for Hjo Installation Region Mitt. You will likely be based in one of the offices within the district, preferably Hjo, Jönköping, or Lidköping.

About you
You may come from the industry and want to step into a CEO role or currently hold a leadership position in an organization within a related service area. Background from companies in installation, contracting, or industry-relevant consulting environments is highly meritorious. You do not need to have been a CEO before but have leadership experience. Regardless, you are driven by technology, love business, and have an easy time understanding the customer.
